I am Dr. LaConti’ Bryant, an instructional design scholar-practitioner and K–12 educational leader committed to transforming teaching, learning, and leadership through research-informed practice and measurable impact.

With more than a decade of experience in K–12 education and over 20 years of public service, my work spans classroom instruction, instructional coaching, curriculum leadership, and federal training environments. I specialize in designing aligned learning ecosystems, strengthening faculty capacity through job-embedded professional development, and integrating emerging technologies, including AI-supported instructional tools, to enhance student engagement and performance.
